The Wittelsbach was built 125 years ago as an Alpine Hotel in the centre of Ruhpolding. The builders were Italians, so many buildings in our area today look Italian. This is one of the reasons why a few years ago we decided to buy new furniture in Verona/Italy.

Carefully and with passion we equipped each of the 32 rooms individually with different kinds of wood, colours, styles and fabrics. Nearly all rooms have design-bathrooms with luxurious rain-showers. Some even offer private steam baths.
