Where do I find the next airport to the hotel?

In Salzburg: Airport Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is only 25 Mins away by car. Munich Airport and Innsbruck Airport are both approx. 2,5 hours away by train. The journey leads through a wonderful landscape and is not boring at all.

Can you organise a airport shuttle service?

We are happy to arrange the shuttle service for you. Please order early in advance.

Does the hotel have a lift?

Yes, to all floors.

Do you offer gluten free meals?

We cook freshly every day. Our chef knows about diet cooking. He is happy to cook for your individually needs and taste.

Can we get our halfboard menu also at lunch time?

Yes, we are happy to serve the half board menu also at lunch time.

From what time can we check in?

Usually check in is from 2pm. Do you need earlier check in time? Just let us know. It might easily be possible.

Do you also offer rooms with balconies?

We offer a wonderful garden with little corners and terrace. Sorry, no balconies.

Are smokers welcome?

Yes, of course. We do offer smokers rooms. All public areas are non smoking areas by law. Smoking on the Terrace is possible.

Are children welcome?

Yes, more than welcome. The feel home and happy right away. Playground, play areas, table tennis, animals, children's dishes, and more.... We like children and we do have three children ourself. Ruhpolding and the are offers a wide range of activities for children and families.

Do you supply gift vouchers?

You are more than welcome to order your personal gift voucher through our Restaurant website.

Can we transfer money onto your bank account?

We are happy to send international banking IDs on your request.

Do you offer special bed duvees for allergic guests?

We are happy to change your bed equippment.

Is there a good doctor near the hotel?

Yes, just opposite the road.

Is the main road a busy road?

Since January 2009 a bypass road keeps the main road quiet.

Is there an Internet Terminal for guests?

Yes, at the reception. 2,- € per hour.

Do you have books to borrow?

A nice library on the first floor even offers English books.

Do you have a DVD Player?

We are happy to hand out DVD Player on request.

Can one sunbath in the garden?

We offer deck chairs for sun bathing and enjoying the garden.
